3. Identify another company/organization in the competing sector which has a better process so that it can be benchmarked. (5 Marks)
4. List out the steps to refine the process through benchmarking. (7 Marks)
5. Predict the outcomes that you wish to see through this initiative. (10 Marks)

(Hint: If you identify the admission process of a university for streamlining, you need to benchmark it with another universitys admission process. Eventually, you wish to see an improved studentexperience during the admission stage).
