STEP 1: Refer to the business process that has been assigned for your group, from the list below.
STEP 2: You have been assigned to "Design the Process" but first, you will need to identify at least four dissatisfiers (the basic quality attributes required), four satisfiers, and three delighters that are specific to your process.
STEP 3: For each one of the attributes, you will need to provide a brief explanation as to why you see them as dissatisfiers, satisficers, and delighters. You can provide examples to support your explanation.
STEP 4: Complete your work in PowerPoint and save your file in PDF format. Only PDF files can be accepted for submission.
