1. Conduct a training needs analysis with operational staff of the food & beverage department in a hotel and design training on the related issue to overcome the weakness that you have observed following your investigation. The training should be planned with clear objectives, content and time frame with an implementation plan so that all staff can benefit from the training. You will need to take into account the roster plan, room availability and identify a trainer to conduct the training. You will need to further develop and assessment plan to ensure that the training provided has served its purpose. (30 marks)
