I got a task for my study to discuss about principles of management accounting, like stated in this task description, "Consider the role of management accounting in relation to the company for which you work (or have worked). Discuss how the principles of management accounting can be utilized."

So, what are the principles of management accounting? When I searched in Google, the only information I got were only related to principles of accounting.

Just additional information, here are the list of references for this task, but I couldn't find any information related to principles of management accounting.
