I disagree with the statement that there are other things more valuable in an organization besides the people who work there because, In my opinion the people that work there makes up the company. Although it does takes a lot to run an organization, the employees bring the quality to the organization because without them the company can't run or function. Many organizations believe that an employee is replaceable and that they can get any person to fill that position. In my opinion a quality employee is hard to to replace because they bring value to the organization. A different perspective would be management, because management plays a huge factor in the organizations success as well. A bad manager can lower the morale of the employees and cause the organization to have a high turn over rate. If you gave good management and great employees the organization will profit and be successful.
