Construct a Decision Table based on the information below and condense where possible.

Before Caroline began working as a Systems Analyst for the Bright Light Bulb Company, she had a part time job as a clerk with a retail chain. She told us that the return policy for the retail chain read as follows, If a customer brings in acceptable merchandise (ie merchandise that has never been worn, washed, or ripped), with their original cash register receipt, and the tags are on the garments then the return request is accepted; a customer can also return if the merchandise is in acceptable condition, the tags are on the merchandise, and the customer does not have the receipt; however, if the merchandise has been worn, washed, or damaged not acceptable- then the return request is denied. The policy continues by stating that if the merchandise is acceptable, but the tags are not on the merchandise, then the customer needs to talk to the manager.
