• Identify your two strongest "pushes" and explain why they motivate you.
• Identify your two strongest "pulls" and explain why they motivate you.
• Considering your major motivations, evaluate your personal balance of internal versus external motivators. Explain what this means about you as a person.
• Identify one habit you consider positive and discuss how it started. Identify one habit you consider negative and discuss challenges related to reducing or stopping this behavior.
• Explain whether increased awareness of personal motivations is positive or negative and why. Support your stance with your reasoning and at least one example.

Although the prompts are largely personal, be sure that you support your positions with references to the course material. Remember that your goal is to demonstrate your ability to apply what you have read.
