Use the same fact pattern from Chapters 5 and 6. For this Assignment, your law office represents the Defendant, Evan Portman, in a state district court personal injury case. On July 15, 2024 you served your discovery upon the Plaintiff, Jessica Hewitt, in the form of Defendant's First Set of Interrogatories. More than 30 days has elapsed and you have yet to receive answers to your interrogatories from the Plaintiff. Your attorney has sent correspondence to Plaintiff's counsel inquiring as to when you might be receiving this discovery and again you have received no response. Your assignment is to prepare a Defendant's Motion to Compel using the above facts. Request all applicable relief.
