Define a function named countVowelsOdd(...) which receives one string st and returns the number of vowels in the string that are in an odd position in the string (recall that vowels are the characters a,e,i,o,u and they may be in lower case or upper case).

For example,

countVowelsOdd("xxaeixxAU") should return 2 because even though there are 5 vowels in the string, only two of them ('e' and 'A') are in an odd position , respectively positions 3 and 7.

As an example, the following code fragment:

st = "xxaeixxAU" res = countVowelsOdd(st) print (res)

should produce the output:
