squareByReference - a void function that passes a reference to an integer y = 4 and squares the value passed in.

Your main should:

define two integer variables x which equals 2 and y which equals 4.

display the values of x and y before the function calls

display the values of x and y after the function calls

output the return value from the function squareByValue to a file (data.out)
