Defining the Problem Statement: Based on the data collected from your user research, formulate a clear and defined problem statement pertaining to the product or service you've chosen. This statement should lay out the issues and challenges that the users are currently facing with the existing product or service.

Identifying User Needs, Wants, and Motivations: Implement different methods $($surveys$,$ interviews etc.$)$ to identify the unique needs, wants, and motivations of your users. Document your findings in detail.

Building User Personas: Based on your research, create detailed personas representing your target audience. For each persona, provide a background, motivations, goals, needs and pain points. These personas should be thorough and be constructed from the analysis of data gathered.

Reformulating The Problem Statement: Reflect on your initial problem statement. Now that you have insights from your user personas, reformulate your problem statement to focus on a user$-$centric approach, to ensure the problem is framed in a way that brings clarity to the design challenge.

Defining Clear Point of View: Use your user research, the newly formulated problem statement, and user personas to define your point of view on the design challenge. This should be from the perspective of the end$-$user and should provide clear direction for the design solutions.

Reflection: Upon completion of the tasks, craft a reflection on how defining a point of view is beneficial to the design thinking process. Reflect on how different insights from users influenced the problem statement and the overall design point of view.

Submission

Submit your user research data, initial and refined problem statements, user personas, and reflections in a report. The submission should be unambiguous, present your findings clearly, and reflect understanding and application of the 'Define' stage in the design thinking process. It should also include your reflections on the importance of defining a clear point of view.
