Deliverable $1$:

Implement at least two appropriate solutions using data science techniques and tools, for your chosen

dataset, in line with the project proposal submitted for Coursework #$1.$

You should aim to:

$1.$ Explore the dataset with detailed preliminary data analysis and exploration of the dataset features.

$2.$ Perform any required data cleaning and other initial manipulation, organisation, and visualisation of

the dataset.

$3.$ Perform Exploratory Data Analysis.

$4.$ Observe, generate, and plot useful information about the data using suitable feature extraction and

engineering with the use of multiple variables and features.

$5.$ Create two or more solutions to make predictions from the dataset, train the solutions using the

existing data, demonstrate the solutions outputs and accuracy using suitable cross$-$validation

methods. Make and present all observations using suitable code comments, markdown, text

outputs, figures, charts, graphs, etc. to show interpretations of the results.

Deliverable $2$:

Evaluate the performance of your solutions using suitable performance metrics. Compare the solutions in

terms of performance, compare this with any existing similar work on the dataset you can find online, and

finally propose improvements or a better solution based on your evaluation and analysis.
