Week $3$: Plan Outline

$$ Due by the end of Week $3$ at $11$:$59$ pm$,$ ET$.$

Using what you learned about individual behavior, group behavior, and culture in the workplace, create an outline of the plan you will present to top management to create a system of workplace practices that will foster an environment of respect, autonomy, and work$/$life balance while maintaining quality work and team synergy. A template is provided for you in Blackboard for the outline. Your outline should include the following:

$$ Assess the current workplace culture and identify areas for change.

$$ Evaluate how work arrangements and habits should change.

$$ Construct an overview of the details of your plan.

$$ Discuss how your plan will begin to change the organizational culture.

$$ Examine how your plan will meet the criteria set forth by the executive team.

$$ Illustrate how you will address current managers and$/$or retrain them.

$$ Explain how the new policies will be communicated to managers and employees.

$$ Describe how you will ensure that the quality and quantity of work will not be negatively impacted by your changes.

$$ Discuss how you can use groups and teams to meet your goals.

$$ Back up your recommendations with at least four current
