Delivery: Prioritisation task (10 mins) It's Tuesday morning during course delivery and you have the following tasks in front of you. Order them in terms of priority and consider how you would approach them. 1. A Course Director has emailed you to say they are missing 10 tickets for their trip to Portsmouth on Saturday. 2. You receive a call from a restaurant owner to say that the last few bookings have turned up late, and haven't sent pre-orders on time 3. Roman Baths have emailed that they have made an error and can no longer host us for a trip. The trip is due to take place in 4 weeks time 4. The on-course team have commented on how difficult it is for them to find information relating to their course in Google Drive 5. You need to pack a kit box for a course starting on Sunday (include the sorts of things you think should be in the box) 6. A number of Course Director phones have run out of credit and need topping up urgently 7. 2 members of staff have called in sick and now the team is 1 person short for the day
