Demonstrative evidence can be a very powerful tool to help juries understand complex facts. However, sometimes demonstrative evidence is excluded from a trial (not allowed to be shown to a jury). Review the Federal Rules of Evidence Rules 901, 902, 1001-1004 and 1006. Using independent research, give two or three examples of what is meant by "demonstrative evidence" and explain why these examples might or might not be admissible under these federal rules.
