Dept 1 is active only every other day. Dept2- is active once a week, but must not be active on the days that Dept6, Dept7, Dept8, and Dept10 are. Dept 3 is active only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dept4 is active only three days a week, just not the day Dept 9 is. Dept5 is active only on the weekend. Dept6 is active on all the days that Dept1 is not. Dept7 is active on the first and last days of the week. If Dept4 is active on Sunday, then Dept7 is active only on the first and second days of the week.
