Describe the competencies required for Human Resource Training professionals.

(This is what I have)

Human Resource Training professionals should be able to think globally, forecast and look into the future, be flexible, manage risks, be courageous, and sharpen their skill through extended education. Human Resource Training professionals also need to have great leadership skills and have knowledge of that industry. They also need to have knowledge of human resources. This will allow them to understand and utilize human resource strategies and principles. Another important competency would be their communication skills. They will need to be able to communicate verbally. They will also need to be able to develop all of these skills and competencies in others.
