Question: Describe the situation - - what was it; what was your role - - what was the definition of success and what was the result

Describe the situation--what was it; what was your role--what was the definition of "success" and what was the result/actual (unsuccessful outcome)
How did you apply steps ABCD--(be honest and reflective-this is non judgmental and there is no wrong answer. You did what you did and that's OK). You have to list each of these dimensions--you can do it bullet points, in a table --whatever way is easiest for you to explain where you "stopped" on the Level 7 ownership framework
Reflecting on the steps in the ABCD framework, what (be very specific) would you do differently for each of ABC and D--in other words-you will need to complete a Level 7 Framework for each of ABC&D to show what you might have done at each of the 7 levels. This framework is discussed in detail beginning at approximately the 18th minute of the video and extends for about 10-12 minutes (Gorrick Ng traces the framework using 4 specific steps and 4 slides.."When you're tasked with a Project'..."B When You have questions," etc. I would like you to break down your answer according to each of these 4 dimensions and address all 7 levels for each of the 4 aspects of ABCD framework. If you want to submit 4 slides that's OK. If that a challenge graphically (it would be for me) that's OK; use bullet points or a table or whatever you think communicates your answer. Understand this implies to get full credit, you have 7 answers for each of the 4 parts of the framework, or 28 answers in total.
With this revised view of the situation-why do you think that might have produced a more successful outcome
What to you take away from this analysis/reflection and what do you plan to do going forward to be more intentional about using the ABCD framework and Level 7 ownership?
