$3.$ Think of a common event, $($for example: buying a new home$),$ and explain to the class how a project manager might handle the matter. Consider what a project manager would need to do in order to be successful with the event. This can be a broad answer, as you will develop the specific tasks in task $4.$

$4.$ Create a short scenario, using your common event example, to develop four to six tasks to demonstrate to the students how they might develop a project management plan.
