Project Instructions

This project enables the students to integrate the covered knowledge and skills in this course to perform as project managers in the field of computing and improve the success rate of the IT projects.

$$ Total Marks $=14$

Project Report Presentation

$10$ marks $4$ marks

$$ Group Size $=3-4$ members.

$$ One group member $($group leader$)$ should submit all files: Project Report and Presentation Slides on blackboard on $12$th May $2024.$ Marks will be given based on your submission and quality of the contents.

$$ Each group must come up with a unique scenario for the project based on the below description and get approved by your instructor before $3$rd March $2024.$

Complete content $($Introduction$,$ body, and conclusion$)2$ marks

Answers questions accurately and effectively and clearly justify and support the point of view when needed. $1$ mark

Effective use of time $($max$.8-10$ mints$)0\mathrm{.}5$ mark

Voice projection and loudness$/$ Eye contact$/$ Confidence and attitude $0\mathrm{.}5$ mark

Project Description

Assume that you are an IT project manager, and your company is facing a problem in one of the following areas:

$1.$ Customer Services

$2.$ Security

$3.$ Processes Automation

$4.$ Human Resources

$5.$ Supply Chain

$6.$ Procurement

Develop a unique project scenario with your team to solve a problem in one of the above areas and provide the following requirements based on the approved scenario.
