Create layers for visible line $($line width $\mathrm{.}07)$ and center line $($line width $\mathrm{.}03).$ Use different colors for layers. Create drawing from image below. Use object snap as required. Don't draw text and dimensions.

Create circles with diameters $2\mathrm{.}5$ and $3\mathrm{.}5.$ They should be concentric $($have same center$).$

Create $3$ circles with diameter $1\mathrm{.}5.$ Use temporary osnap FROM to locate their centers. Draw $3$ circles with diameter $0\mathrm{.}8$

Create lines using required osnaps

Draw center lines. Use LTSCALE command to update line type scale as needed.
