Develop a scenario where you are a project manager and have the option of accepting three different projects. Then, do the following:

• Utilize an unweighted factor scoring model to analyze which project you should accept. Develop between 5 and 7 items to be evaluated for each of the projects.
• Utilize a weighted factor scoring model to analyze which project you should accept using the same 5-7 itemsused to evaluate the unweighted factor scoring model.

Using the scenario you created, use the following questions to guide you as you writ your paper:

• Discuss each project, and provide a basic background for each.
• Present a chart detailing the relevant factors to be analyzed using the unweighted factor scoring model.
• Discuss which project was chosen using the unweighted factor model and the qualitative and quantitative data provided, and discuss your rationale for the selection.
• Repeat the analysis using the weighted factor scoring model, and discuss which project was chosen using the weighted factor model and the data provided.
• Discuss the results from the unweightedfactor scoring modelcompared to the weighted factor scoring model, anddiscuss the differences or similarities.
