Follow the prompts below to complete the assignment. Choose - Choose an organization to evaluate. Choosing a healthcare organization is preferred, but if you do not work in healthcare, you may use your current organization for the assignment. Evaluate - Evaluate the organizational structure of the chosen organization. Consider whether the organization is mostly hierarchical, flat or a matrix of the two organizational structure types. Identify - Identify several of the leadership styles found throughout the organization. Consider if leadership styles have any commonality or if there is a wide range of styles throughout the organization. Create - Create a table to summarize your findings.
