Description in a nutshell The project needs to cover two topics. The first topic is the importance of Corporate Governance [CG] practice in organizations or businesses from managerial accounting perspective. Secondly, the Importance of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by the firms in Oman (CSR) from managerial accounting perspective. Students need to select five profitable businesses in Oman which apply Corporate Social Responsibility explaining the impact of such initiatives/activities on the business firm, shareholders, society at large etc. Also, the project needs to cover in depth explanation of the importance of such practices from managerial accounting perspective
