Description of work

-Use Notepad/TextPad to create html page.

-The screenshot of how your page should display is attached.

-Do not use any software program as Expression Web/Dreamweaver.

You should create a html page with the following features.

1- A form with legend (Personal Information), 2 Input areas for First Name, Last Name, 2 option button Male, Female, a drop-down Major with 4 options, Texture Button with text submit

2- A 3*3 table which displays your course schedule as a student

4- Your 3 favorite websites as hyperlinks

5- JavaScript which displays an alert message when a button is clicked

6- Internal or external style sheet to as color to page and font
