Description

St*dents w!ll cre@te a binding contract based on the conditions s*ggested by the instr*ctor. Based on the contract st*dents w!ll wr!te a descriptive es$ay e*plaining the elements and clauses in the contract. In addition to the textbook, st*dents must use relevant Canadian case law to support the!r analysis.

Situations for the contract

Y0u and two other friends want to start a partnership business. Y0u will be the managing partner in the business and want to have all control over decision-making. Also, y0u are concerned that since y0ur friends will be acting like sleeping partners in the business, they may one day leave the business and take away confidential information with them. Further, y0u also want y0ur business to get dissolved if any of the other partners do leave the business
