In my proposed research study, I will be studying two groups of employees and their well-being and engagement scores on a survey. Some descriptive statistics that will be meaningful are the mean and the range. The mean is one way to summarize raw scores in a way that is meaningful and gives a single value for each set (Gravetter & Wallnau, 2016). Since I will be predicting job role based on scores in two different groups, the mean can help describe the scores of each group overall.
