Design a rectangular $RC$ beam in flexure and shear when it is simply supported on masonry walls $300mm$ thick and $5m$ apart $($center to center support$)$ to support a distributed a Live load of $8k\frac{N}{m}$ and a dead load of $6k\frac{N}{m}$ in addition to its own weight. Materials used are M$20$ grade concrete and HYSD bars. Adopt Working Stress method of design. Make necessary sketches.
