Design a webpage similar to the one shown below using HTML and CSS$.$ The lightning image is attached$($you may use a different lightning picture if you prefer$).$ Near the top of the web page, Africa, Australia, and South America are links to their associated areas below the picture $($so$,$ when a continent is clicked, the page should jump to that linked section of the page$).$ The links should have their underlines turned off. When the users mouse hovers over one of the links, the background color should turn to silver $($to implement this effect, use CSS$,$ not JavaScript$).$ In the web page, the user is hovering over the South America link, and thats why its background is silver$).$ You must include at least three continents. For each continent, you must include at least two links to city weather pages. You may use the same continents and cities shown in the webpage below or they can be different. Your city weather links must link to working web pages $($use a search engine to find such pages$).$ For your convenience, the links used in the webpage below are listed in the next page of this document. You may use CSS table properties $($not a table element$)$ to position the continent and city names$($please refer to Chapter $5$: Slides $2228$ for related discussion$/$examples$).$
