pose a full event plan, including:

- invitation card or poster

- room design & decorations

- floor plan

- entertainment

- itinerary (not a production schedule, an event itinerary)

- menu

- amenities

Use pictures of tables, chairs, backdrops, props, and so forth to really give a feel for what the event will look like and the different elements that will be a part of the event experience. Use graphic design programs to develop your menu, itinerary, and invitation. as you would an actual event. Apply as many of the concepts.
