World Series Winners

Attached to this lab you will find a file named WorldSeriesWinners.csv that contains a chronological list of the World Series winning teams from $1903$ through $2023.($The first line in the file are headers $($Year$,$ Team$)$ followed by rows with the year won and name of the team that won in $1903,$ and the last line is the year and name of the team that won in $2023.$

Note the World Series was not played in $1904$ or $1994.)$

Write a modular python program $($utilizing the $\text{'}$csv$\text{'}$ file$)$ that lets the user enter the name of a team, then display one output line for each year that team won the World Series in the time period from $1903$ through $2023.$

Upper and lower case entries and partial team name must be acceptable.

The program should also allow for the entry of a span of years to be input and the winners for those years be listed one line per year.

Use a menu to provide a choice of team or year and to end the program.
