Question: Design, implement, simulate, and demonstrate a circuit that performs the following: Counts from 0 5 9 in seconds then rolls back to 0 and repeats.

Design, implement, simulate, and demonstrate a circuit that performs the
following:
Counts from 059 in seconds then rolls back to 0 and repeats.
Displays the output on two SSDs (00-59). Note, you will need to use a
multiplexed output. See the previous assignment on how to multiplex
outputs
Master clock MUST be set in Logisim to 128 Hertz. All clock inputs must
be driven by this clock.
You must be able to pause your circuit based on a push button switch ,
then resume where it left off when the switch is released. The push button
switch is located in the Logisim Input/Output folder.
You must use hierarchical blocks for at least the clock divider and main
timer circuits
Your counters must reload with a 9 for the low digit and a 5 for the high
digit. (your counter is not correct if it decodes a 10 and 6 for the low
and high digit respectively.
See the following block diagrams for guidance
Take screenshots of your main circuit and each of the subcircuits in your
hierarchy.
While it may be difficult to view the SSDs in simulation mode, you should
be able to slow down the master clock rate to see each of the bits cycling
through its SSD to display the sequence. If this was downloaded to an
emulator board, and run at a higher clock rate, the digits would look
continuous (our eyes would not see the fact that only one display is o
