Design Thinking

The case:

Design an inspiring user friendly world class strip for the city of REKO for precincts like XX road and ZZ road. Think about what makes a connected successful street that people want to live near, shop at and visit. What could make the precinct vibrant and improve livability in the town? Consider for example business sustainability, transport, accessibility, pedestrianizing and green areas. Stakeholders using the local services maybe local residents (families, elderly, etc.), students, worker who work in the town on a daily basis and sometimes tourists.

The questions:

1) Demonstrate the use of Design Thinking principles and process to identify possible solutions, using only one of the artefact, for example empathy map, journey map, prioritization matrix, etc.

2. Demonstrate the use of one Design Thinking artefact (the same one used above).

3. Provide max of three recommendations to City of REKO.
