Designing Effective Input

Design at least one paper input forms, and several input screens, and Web based fill$-$in forms for

your systems.

$($Please follow the guidelines to design effective input forms. You will be graded by your creativity

and how you followed up the rules$)$

Explain what you have done with few sentences.

Stick to rule of $7$ sections of an input form.

For web$-$based forms, explain how you facilitated the move, what controls you have included to

control the right entry.

Prepare two basic buttons on every Web fill$-$in form: Submit and Clear Form

If the form is lengthy and the users must scroll extensively, divide the form into several simpler forms

on separate pages

Create a feedback screen that highlights errors in an appropriate color and refuses submission of the

form until mandatory fields are correctly filled in

Explain how you can make the form attractive

Design and present all of the screens for your system $($computer or web based$)$

Try to use various types of GUI options.

Include message boxes

Include drop$-$down or list boxes, etc.

Plan for a web$-$page for your system.

Design several screens for the web$-$page.

Explain and discuss if there is an opportunity to make an e$-$commerce site for your system.

If so provide a few details and design a few screens. $($this e$-$commerce part of the assignment will add

bonus points to your overall Final Project Grade$)$
