Question:
Determine your Breakeven Analysis for your Marketing Plan. (HINT: You may want to find out your Breakeven Point in Years it will take to recover your expenses for your MBA.)
2. ADDITIONAL HINTS: To Calculate Fixed Cost, you can use whatever tuition and other expenses you incurred. I would also add Opportunity Cost (the cost of whatever had to be given up in order to do the MBA, such as the opportunity of a second job or moonlighting, etc.) To Calculate Variable Cost, you can use whatever costs are incurred (outside of Fixed Costs) that vary with the time taken to complete the MBA. These could be cost for internet access, or babysitter costs, etc. Price would be your expected salary if you currently do not have a job or do not expect to have a job before graduation from MBA. If you currently have a job, then the Price would be only that amount that you expect to make over and above what you currently make. This assignment requires a lot of creativity, above and beyond, readily available information. You will need to come up with a budget for your Marketing Plan in order to determine the Fixed Cost and Variable Cost. 3.
