Develop 8 interview questions and write them down using a numbered list along with what you would consider a great answer for each question.

1. Valid interview questions are job-related, measurable, OR observable. They should not be yes or no questions but should elicit information about a candidate's knowledge, skills, and ability to do the job. Each question should be used to measure a different KSA.
2. Valid interview questions should not ask for any protected class information. No credit will be provided for questions that may cause legal problems.
