You are tasked with the development, and operation of a new Foodservice Outlet at Georgian College, Canada. This new outlet provides an enticing, modern, trendy, and most importantly nutritious food option for Georgian faculty, staff, and students. The outlet will be counter service only with no tables. It will have a POS system and hot & cold table out front. In the back kitchen there will be a small prep area with a residential style stove$/$oven$,$ a commercial style double door refrigerator, a single door freezer, and a microwave oven. There will be a commercial double kitchen sink in the back and a small single hand wash sink in the front of house. All food is served with environmentally friendly disposable packaging and utensils.
