Create and include in your paper a process map to show the specific steps in the PATA process from end to end currently.

Identify the specific bottlenecks that slow$/$reduce the overall capacity served.

Assess whether the proposed options in the case make sense to you. Could any of them be a solution? Why or why not?

Based on your analysis, explain what possible solutions you would recommend concerning how the current process could be modified to resolve the bottlenecks and increase capacity. You are encouraged to suggest options that you think are valid, even if you disagree with MGH and$/$or MGH$$s current proposals and recommendations do not align with your thinking, or your ideas and recommendations are not ones that MGH supports.
