Develop a case study based on your knowledge of all the internal and external environmental elements that would influence the strategic management processes and related decision-making of a medium-sized Namibian enterprise operating in the manufacturing industry. The case study should be written in a story format containing a natural and logical flow of information. The internal and external environmental elements (variables), as described by the case study, should be realistic and need to reflect the current typical Namibian organisational and market conditions.
