What do they do? Who are the team members (please identify roles only, no names)? What Model of Interaction does your team most often use (see 3 Models of Team Interaction in chapter 6)? What do you believe makes your team effective? What do you believe makes your team ineffective? List two strategies you could provide to your team to increase its effectiveness. Develop a plan to 1) introduce the strategies to your team and 2) implement the strategies during a school/work meeting. After introducing and implementing the strategies, write a 2-3 paragraph reflection on your meeting experience. Be sure to discuss 1) how successful you believe your plan was, 2) level of team member engagement/involvement with the strategies, and 3) ideas for improvement for the next meeting
