Develop a project plan to build a BC/DR plan for the case study Acme Ltd. Include sufficient detail in your plan to cover the multiple geographic locations and systems and a demonstration of the time dependency of activities. As in a standard project plan each activity (or activity group) should be tied to a person, group, or subteam and time duration to begin and complete the activity.

Develop a list of threats and/or vulnerabilities that should be addressed in some form by the BC/DR plan.
