Develop a project planning document using the tools, techniques and outputs for each section. Project should be submitted with "chapters" reflecting each section of PM covered in class. Submission should be professionally presentable and thorough. This is your final project. Possible points = 200 points.

This PM manual should be designed for use by other PM's so that they could follow in your footsteps. You need to have content for each section of PM activities discussed in class and presented in the PMBOK. You might include policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, templates, etc.
