The details of the proctor like name of the proctor, designation, cabin number (210 A32, 215 A46, 360 A11..), building name (SJT, TT, Hexagon,....), visiting day and hr (Tuesday 10AM), intercom number are available. Create an application that will fetch the details of the students from a file called student.txt and allot them to the faculty available in another file called faculty.txt. You code should fetch the following details: Given the register number of the student provide the proctor details, Given the faculty name, display the details of the students. Make sure to allot the student to only one faculty. It's also necessary for the faculty to be informed about the cgpa of the student when it is equal to or less than 4.0. Also define a routine to check the validity of the intercom number. An intercom number in VIT has 3 components separated by a space. For example 0416 220 2740. First seven numbers should be the same for everybody. Last four digits alone can vary
