Develop a sourcing plan for an Amazon Software Development Engineer (SDE). Based on Chapter 6, identify the recruiting sources your team will select to recruit for your position. In the search function on LinkedIn, enter your job title and geographic area (e.g., Boston). A list of People, Jobs, and Posts will appear in the search. Using the People section, review and identify at least three promising leads to staff your position. In your report, provide a summary of the three candidates and why they were identified as a good match for your role. Identify the candidates as Candidate #1, Candidate #2, and Candidate #3. Please note, the search function in LinkedIn will be limited to your network. Step 3: Develop a sample electronic recruitment advertisement for the position to attract qualified applicants, communicate the organizations brand, and why the employee would want to work there. The advertisement should provide a realistic job preview and what the person can expect if the position is offered. Be sure to communicate instructions for applying and communicate all legally required statements.
