Develop a Survey in Qualtrics.

Make sure your survey has all the components taught in class $($first consent, then questions, third demography$)$

Make sure your questions and answers are of high quality $($i$.$e$.,$ well thought of$,$ and they are mandatory to respond, etc.$)$

Each person in the group collects $15$ complete, unique responses.

complete response means a respondent finishes a survey.

unique means one respondent can only answer the survey once. $($So if$,$ for example, you have a mutual friend, he$/$she can take your team survey only once.$)$

in your survey design make sure you put a question that collects the name of the person who has asked the respondent to take the survey. $($for example, imagine Jack, Joe, Jill, and John are collecting data for team $11.$ After the consent step in the Qualtrics, they should ask a multiple question like this : Please select the name of the person who asked you to take this survey? options: Jack, Joe, Jill, John$)$

download and clean the file

make sure your survey does not have a missing value

make sure no one has taken the survey more than once $($by checking their IP$)$

make sure you one$-$hot code the categorical variables

Provide some insights $($for instance, what is male$/$female percentage, what is the age range, what age groups are there, education, income, etc.$)$

Submit the Qualtrics Survey link and your excel file
