Note that wind chill temperature is defined only for temperatures at or below 10 C (50 F) and wind speeds above 4.8 kilometers per hour (3.0 mph). Write and use two private functions inside your code for S.I. and U.S. systems. These functions can take temperature and wind speed as inputs and return the wind chill temperature as output
