3. Cross-Selling Improvement: Develop an application to improve cross-selling to current customers.
4. Web-based Communications System: Develop a Web-based application to improve the development and delivery of products and services.
The project will be managed by a project manager appointed by WISE. The project manager is responsible for leading the project team and reporting to the project sponsor and other stakeholders.
