Develop an improvement project based on something you can improve in your current workplace, within your family, or for yourself. Past topics have included fixing a problem or process in the workplace $($for which they often have received praise and recognition from co$-$workers and supervisors!$)$

Develop a written or electronic PI plan that will include the following items:

Identify an improvement opportunity

Research and define performance expectations

Design and redesign process

Implement process

Measure performance

Document and communicate findings

Analyze and compare internal$/$external data

Report of outcomes & recommendations

Develop a written or electronic storyboard that will display a summary of the PI project.
