Develop an Incident Response Plan

You work for a small company in New York, called XYZ as the CIO. You have been tasked with creating an Incident Response Plan, focused on your department, by the CEO. The XYZ company values its customers and their data, and utilize the cloud environment to house the web site and backup data. The on-premise server room is small and transactional and PII data is kept on that server.

Milestone 1 - Outline with descriptions of what each area will focus on - due in Module 3

There are foundational areas of an Incident Response Plan each area focus should contain a description as to what is being addressed within the area.

Use headers instead of roman numerals, example:
