Develop an intervention to address a behavioral health issue that involves either technology, the role of built environment, an intervention with families, through employer, or an intervention for the school environment. As a resource for ideas and information spend some time in chapters $19,20,23,24$ and $25.$ They will be assigned readings throughout the rest of the semester but for now, they may help you develop a concept for your intervention. Follow requirements presented here and those delineated in the rubric.

You must include:

An introductory paragraph $($or two$)$ should be on a separate page, before the first page. In this introduction you briefly present the health issue, population and intervention to introduce the point and flow of your material. Provide this information in that order and then unpack this information in the document. Please use headings and subheadings to organize your thinking and writing, and to direct the reader.

$1.$ The health behavior issue that will be addressed with your intervention and some research $($data$,$ statistics etc.$)$ regarding that health behavior issue. This builds the case for why this intervention is necessary and for whom $($meaning target population$-$also in detail$)$ At least one page double spaced.

$2.$ Background on the area of intervention you have chosen: technology, built environment, families, or school. Again, use research, data, statistics to present the background and issues surrounding the area you have chosen. At least one page double spaced.

$3.$ Present your intervention with all of the components, planning, roll out$/$marketing$,$ target results, resources needed $($this can be money, people, equipment$),$ development needed $($For example, this can be training people, building an APP, excavation etc out of doors, courses$/$programs$/$services etc in school, afterschool, beforeschool$).$ You must explain your idea fully. Two pages double spaced.

$4.$ Summary page $($one full page$).$ Reiterating health behavior issue, background of the area of intervention and brief overview and value of the intervention you developed. Final paragraph on questions that need to be answered or problems that still need to be addressed that would further inform your intervnetion, along with your hopes for the future regarding this health issue and area.

$5.$ Title page and then introduction page, APA format, in text citations and reference page with at least $5$ peer$-$reviewed research citations used in the text of your writing and listed on the reference page. Other online sources may be used in addition to the minimum of $5$ peer$-$reviewed articles. No direct quotes.
